SCHEDULE

Kids Class

Thursday

5:30PM

Parents must stay within the facility while kids attend class. 

This class is for those UNSURE and/or NOT looking to compete boxing. 


MONDAY - FRIDAY

EARLY BIRD WORKOUT

6:00AM

MON-WED-FRI

In this class, we spend more time doing cardio for the first 30 Mins of our workouts before we proceed to box for the other 30 Mins. 

MON WED FRI ONLY

LOWER BODY FOCUS

8:30AM

MONDAY

We focus on the lower body with weight training and resistance 

CARDIO BOXING

8:30AM

TUESDAY - THURSDAY

We box as usual for 30 mins and work out for 30 mins. Workout is a total body workout, designed to increase stamina and strength while having fun doing it!

BACK TO THE BASICS

5:30PM

MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

We box as usual for 30 mins and work out for 30 mins. Workout is a total body workout, designed to increase stamina and strength while having fun doing it!


Friday

READY 360 BOOTCAMP

8:00AM

Get ready for a great class full of exciting fitness-only workouts! you will be put through a vigorous total body workout.

KICKBOXING

5:00PM

Get fit and in shape while learning kickboxing basic and advanced techniques. 


SATURDAY

This class we spend more time doing circuit training for the first 30 Mins of our workouts  before we proceed to box for the other 30 Mins, Mitt work, Group and Individual work.

MitWork 101

9:00AM

 This is a class where we go over the in's and out's of boxing
How to step, manuver, slip and combination memorization
this is not a typical class for fitness, we emphasize our boxing in this class
