In this class, we spend more time doing cardio for the first 30 Mins of our workouts before we proceed to box for the other 30 Mins.

We focus our training to increase stamina of the muscles and lungs by mixing cardio and weight training before intense boxing
TUESDAY - THURSDAY
We box as usual for 30 mins and work out for 30 mins. Workout is a total body workout, designed to increase stamina and strength while having fun doing it!
